recently in china amd am5 users have been discussing running ddr5 at just 4200~4400mhz under fgr mode, just to keep fclk, mclk and uclk all at 2100/2200, aka full sync 1:1:1.

some game benchmarks showed that 4400c22~c24 was faster than 6000c30 or even c28/c26. additonally 4400 requires significantly lower vsoc/vddio/vddp。

now some amd fan boys in china are calling the practice of running ddr5 4400 on am5 a "cult".
