I use the same desk for my personal workstation, keyboard has dongle and bluetooth modes so I can switch which one I control, and the monitors I can just switch through monitor OSD (but they've made it super convenient so I can get to input switch menu with just one press). as for mouse, I just have 2 of them on the same desk

looked for a KVM at some point but that seemed like a mess (either cheap shit that doesn't work, or large bulky expensive boxes), and then just tried connecting both directly and switching input, which works wonderfully
