The only bloatware you might have is a third party antivirus. You can go to the Apps section in the settings, and if you see any third party antivirus, you can press the menu and uninstall it.

Reinstalling Windows for this reason is a waste of time imo

You might also lose the Lenovo laptop control software and you will need to download it again (if you plan on using it)

you probably have finished the setup process of the laptop right. You'll have to go through all of that again. It's better to go to the settings -> Apps section and uninstall the things you don't need than to reinstall the entire OS, and then to reinstall the Lenovo software
