Whats wrong with cinebench? Also I’ve been running it this way since I built my rig. I did lots of tinkering when I built it, wrote down the settings I found to be the best, and have left it this way with no issues. PC building is my job, I know what to look for.

What it told me is that I crash with -25 CO all cores unless I literally downclock

Rest are 500-750W PSUs where at best i got three PCIe connectors in one PSU, so they are unusable for two GPUs where both require 8-pin + 6-pin

Yes, all these would be better for LLM than the 22GB i get from 2x 1080 Ti, but hey, i got these here and worst case scenario i find out it is meh and move it back to the unused computers they were until now 🤷‍♂️ . Even the case & PSU was 'for free' - i got 250 euros as christmas gift from company in form of store coupons, so i only paid <20 euros on top of the coupons to get the case & PSU. And i will have a spare RM1000x in that case, which isn't a bad thing to have

If you want a cheap home LLM machine, the AI Max 395 gives you a whole system (minus the storage and power supply if you get just the mobo) for 2500 (or so) euros with 128GB RAM, where you can allocate 96GB VRAM towards it.
