I feel like I am experiencing this since I updated to windows 11. The main game I can base off is league of legends. Ever since I got my 2080 when it first came out frames would never go below 200+. I upgraded to window 11 and just did a full reinstall of windows + cleared all storage and my frames bounce from 100 to 150 with my setting that I have never changed.

I meant I did the windows upgrade. My pc started to act weird plus games felt off and windows defender stopped working. So I did a fresh install of 11 and I at least got windows defender. I forget but it’s an i9 something unlocked. Like I said my games ran fine until windows 11
