the problem ONLY affects non-SUPER 20 series cards. The 2070 SUPER, 2080 SUPER are NOT affected, because they use a newer revision of Micron GGDR6 Memory. Graphic cards with Samsung GDDR6 are not affected, too.
It's the date-code you should look out for on the GGDR6 memory chips, which is the very first line. The second line always says D9WCW, which stands for GDDR6. In the first line, any higher combination than 8YA77 is fine. Anything less than 8YA77 is prone to fail over time. The 8 stands for 2018. 9xxxx and 0xxxx is totally fine, which can also be found on some later produced non-SUPER 20 series cards.

i look away for 5 minutes and I created a whole discussion about cabin air filters

and you can't even say there's no space - this is the car they crammed a v6 into an i4 engine bay, and where to do anything with the engine beyond an oil change you have to drop the engine and half the suspension out

but anything that's considered "regular" maintenance
