Real same. (Mostly.) Roms are my biggest exception, but those aren't cracked. PC games I very rarely pirate. I mean, like I can count on one hand the amount of times I have done it. I prefer just buying it for various reasons since I am lucky enough to be able to do that. (People in other countries need not apply, as sometimes games are ridiculously expensive there compared to income) We were talking about this in Pilot-Toast the yesterday, my biggest exception to that where I am 100% okay with pirating PC games is when companies pull them from stores. My example was the F1 games. I love them, I want to be able to play the old ones, but they pulled them from Steam. If a company won't sell me the game I have absolutely no qualms about anybody pirating them. Get fucked.

I have mixed feelings about Ulbrict. He 100% did it. The odds that anyone else was using the account is almost certainly slim to none from evidence, it was just a clever name. The problem is he 100% ordered hits on a couple people, the only reason nobody actually died was because he got scammed (twice) by a fucking genius who did a rug pull on his website, then pretended that the rug pull wasn't really from the trusted account holder and it was a partner of the person who owns the account, then threatened to leak information on all buyers and sellers that he had the contact info of on a second account (that was supposed to be the partner), then used another account to pretend to be the Hells Angels and do a hit on the guy. It was a very elaborate and hilarious. There is a lot more that I missed in my very brief explanation. The problem? The government never actually charged him with any murder for hire, they certainly didn't get a conviction for it. However the judge explicitly used that as justification for increasing his sentence which is frankly bullshit. You can't increase a persons sentence for a crime that they weren't convicted for, that part was a miscarriage of justice. I won't comment anymore than that on how I feel about everything else.
