I just built a new pc and I'm unable to install drivers properly, I know the GPU works fine I put it into my old system and I was able to bring up the driver's just fine and ran furmark so no issues there, I then used DDU to uninstall the driver and start again and still error code 43 then I used DDU again and used the offline driver install and still same issue, next I tried just completely reinstalling windows and everything worked... Until I started installing the drivers then same thing again error code 43

Hey, I just replaced the thermal paste on my CPU and reset my PC and noticed my cinebench scores are about half of what they should be. I have an i9-13900, and upon checking task manager the clock speed seems to be steady around 2.72 ghz and the fans are very very slow. Does anyone know why this should be happening?
