the best image quality options in newer games are “FSR4 Native AA” for Radeon, and “DLAA” for Nvidia which both render the game at native resolution, but using their machine learning antialiasing methods

that’s how it works with DLDSR, you just enable it in the nvidia app, and then you can set a higher resolution in games

with DSR, you enable it by selecting a scaling factor above your native resolution (Legacy, no DL)

my problem is the idea is great but it seems like they shot themselves in the foot with the cooling solution in order to be compatible with the old chassis on newer cpus and also the firmware implementation of the cooling. When plugged in My Framework 13 overheats watching 1080p youtube videos, when not plugged it it cools fine. The performance when plugged in is just poor, if i want to do anything i have to remove it from power

The answer is no.

Audio cracking as you put it is typical of on board sound, if that is just poor implementation or interference from the motherboard, either way it’s typical. The ports not working is a whole different story. Depends on what ports, how they’ve been treated etc. that’s one for #1027757333117415424 if you want to.

Interference - you have to remember audio is an analogue signal which is much more susceptible to interference than digital signals. Think what a screen would look like if you had a thick layer of fog in between your eyes and the screen.

Your best bet would be to get a separate dac/amp (a dongle would normally do great as long as it's not ground looping)
