Can only guess without sitting there and looking at Task Manager (organized by GPU to watch whats hitting it), HWiNFO or Adrenaline to watch clockspeed and power. Usage is a pointless metric with GPU's unless you take clockspeed into account. If the card is at a low power state (thus low clockspeeds), 100% "usage" might mean nothing. Soon as the card clocks up, that usage would be less.

I know. Fentanyl has very little euphoric effect. Heroin would feel better to an addict. It’s just a very potent opiate.
