is there a specific reason you want the msi board over the asus one for the MC combo? in almost all cases, so long as the board has the features you need it doesnt matter which one you get
if you want an AIO for looks, fair enough, but do consider an air cooler. they are cheaper and will last longer (no pump to fail, no fluid to evaporate [yes, even when "sealed" that happens])
consider the 1050w for $20 more. PSUs last a long time, and you may want to use a higher power GPU in that time (ie: 5090 kind of draw, which is 600w by itself)
