So this is odd. 7800x3d. Same PBO settings across 1 air cooler and 2 AIO. Iā€™ve swapped them around a couple of times. Tested. The AIO performs worse on the same settings. Cooler temps on AIO. Neither cooler throttles. Increase level/voltages, the air cooler doesnā€™t increase performance, but the AIO does.

hello i have a serious problem and im really worried so i was disabling csm support on my bios to enable secure boot after i did that i save and exit the setup.After that my pc has a blackscreen all the time i tried clearing CMOS i unplug the cable and pressed the power button for 20 seconds removed the CMOS Battery and waited for about 15 mins put it back and it didnt fix it i tried with the jumper but still it didnt work can someone please help me?
