Alright as I have I think 3 m.2 in total and and previously was just using one so I'm thinking of putting all of them in the new motherboard. It's a rog strix b850f gaming wifi.

M.2_1 and M.2_2 are connected to the CPU directly, M.2_3 and M.2_4 are connected to the chipset. This is perfectly fine for most people unless you spend a considerably amount of time moving massive files between drives all day. (and I'm talking moving files is your job)

If you happen to need the second PCIe slot at the bottom, M.2_3 will be disabled

Motherboard can't see/communicate with a GPU. Either the GPU isn't powered (check its power cables), there is GPU damage, there is PCIe slot damage, or the CPU needs to be reseated as its pins to the PCIe slot aren't making good contact.

So all you can really do first is reseat the GPU and check (double check) its power cables.

GPU's kind of make a click, there is the latch you have to press to pull the card out that kinda makes a noise
