If you want to buy on 0% interest credit and pay monthly you can, I would suggest only doing that though since it's most likely to be a 6 month term if you can actually keep exactly on your expenses. I would prefer, as we're doing zero dollar budgeting, that you simply save it up and buy it all at once you can put it on a credit card and then pay it off 30 days later if you want to build credit.

But also no cost controls to the insurance companies from the federal government... So it's like hold on it's mandatory and then they can charge whatever the hell they want when the whole point of it being mandatory was to reduce cost.. which then meant we needed ACA subsidies because like the people that are most financially at risk have to have the highest plans which were 670 plus a month but they were only making $1,600 a month 💀💀💀. And this was at the beginning of the HealthCare marketplace 👀. The best part of that entire bill was finally banning the pre-existing condition clauses. That was crazy.
