if you dont have xmp youre going to have to manually set timings and at least the ram voltages to applicable values

When I use XMP both profiles are set to 3600mhz and my pc doesnt boot

set xmp then change the dram speed to 3200mhz

that way its loadding the XMP timings and voltages but at a lower speed

ok then dram freq was probably auto before you changed it, or by some miracle on gods green earth before you turned xmp on your board figured out auto settings for 3200 lol
