Lower resolutions usually run at higher fps, which taxes your cpu more
Higher res puts more load on the gpu aswell by comparison
You can go without but then id just reccommend a lower tier card

is cable management even worth it? i never look into my pc, but currently i only have 2 PCIE cables for my 9070XT so i gotta lower the power by like 10% because im not putting more than 300 watts through daisy chained cables.

Thinking of buying 3 new cables from CableMod but im lowkey scared it's not safe for my system even though i can choose my make and model PSU on their website, its also expensive, 60 bucks for 3 cables plus probably expensive shipping and like 3 weeks waiting time

either i do that or spend 15 bucks to get an OEM cable from coolermaster and have 3 daisy chained cables with 3 ugly connectors hanging under my gpu
