Hey can anyone help me out, I just tried to download the latest nvidia driver and I performed clean install and it asked me to restart pc (done 100 times) now my pc won’t display any image on the screen and motherboard is showing 9e code. I disconnected and reconnected the gpu and it did not help

Clear cmos if your motherboard manual shows a button. Or take out your cmos battery for 10 seconds then place it back in with the pc off (also shown in your motherboard manual) note this will make bios default and you'll need to re enable xmp/expo after it memory trains again "wich takes a few extra minutes"

There is no generality though - this isn't a hunch/vibe/feeling - cloud scale AI and compute vendors have submitted their purchasing forecasts and locked in for schedule, and it takes a long time for Micron/Samsung/SK Hynix to ramp up production lines - it'll be 2+ years to either exceed todays production rate but it will also be 2+ years to revisit AI/compute cloud scale forecasting. Basically, it ain't going anywhere and thats not a hunch.

No that's the thing - "dialing up production" takes multiple years. What actually happens is contract orders take priority and everyone else... you, me, small vendors, etc., get spot pricing, like we're seeing on Amazon/newegg

Its going to continue until at least 2028 because thats how long the lock in forecasts are, its a rolling contract, but they won't walk away from pre-orders, so it will be at least 2+ years. I can tell you this because I deal with it.

Regardless of whether or not we needed the missiles in 10 years, we were awarded the contract for 10 years. We bought components on a schedule for 10 years. It made you buying diodes more expensive. If the contract is terminated I still pay the manufacturer for diodes for 10 years. They still get delivered for 10 years.
