Yes, but that's why games will ideally only run on the X3D CCD in current state. However, if BOTH CCDs are backed by tons of cache, you can enable both CCDs during gaming and cores 0-7 can access large cache on its CCD, and 8-15 can access its CCD cache, and they don't need to cross. This is an example of sub-numa clustering.

Unlikely related given your symptoms but you can run something like CrystalDiskInfo to check SMART data on the drive, run SFC and DISM for verify the base OS files are healthy.. but you should be doing something to actually address your problem like DDU.

Microsoft has to invent some really convoluted solutions & necessary man power to develop the emulator while avoiding getting sued to the ground by intel. if we do not want to see a duopoly (intel & AMD) that lasts forever, we have to support MICROSOFT and they are the only hope for it to actually happen. If microsoft is able to make the breakthrough, in the future we will be able to see NVIDIA CPU runnning alongside with NVIDIA GPU on windows, or snapdragon CPU with AMD gpu running games on windows, the possibility is limitless, and Microsoft is the only company we can rely on for that future. for me as an average consumer, i would like to see more competitions in the hardware industry, and we will have many potential hardware makers if microsoft can get it right.

yeh my point is as intel is apparently a for-profit corporation, their attempt to gatekeep the barrier of entry as high as possible is detrimental for us the consumers and it only drives the hardware more expensive for us, while in comparison, microsoft is trying to lower the barrier and indirectly make hardware more affodable to us the consumers.
