Assuming you own a copy of the game for one of the platforms it was ported to ( Apple II, Atari 8-bit computers, Atari 5200, Atari 2600, BBC Micro, ColecoVision, Commodore 64, MSX, ZX Spectrum, IBM PC, and Amstrad CPC), I imagine at least one of these is emulatable on Windows.
