update on my network drivers randomly crashing: I swear to god its on my ISP's side, happens on:

• any Windows 11 machines on my home network (they are on different versions, one is latest and one has not updated in like 6 months
• started randomly about a month ago
• I have tried multiple different network cards now
• happens over ethernet and also over wifi so its not related to my ethernet cable (also have swapped out ethernet cables)
• I am not crazy; I am not crazy.

the issue randomly cuts out the network connection to a machine, the only fix is to open device manager, disable network adapter, enable network adapter again, wait 15 seconds

event viewer just shows that its the network adapter crashing and then some DNS issues (dns server unrelated i think, issue happened on 1.1.1.1 and also on google's 8.8.8.8

and its possible the network adapter crashing bit is from me disabling it I actually havent checked the timestamps also this happens on ISP router and also on my own router (but have only tried on the ISP's modem) so ive officially decided to not care about this problem anymore as it is out of my control and namaste good night
