This is a common issue that’s fixable. You just have to completely remove the system of power in most cases. Then re-do bios/vbios and all settings and it should fix.

They'll detect the dgpu but none will use it

I think this is a you need to start from complete fresh. Drain battery. Reinstall windows. Re-flash the BIOS. It’s not an easy fix to kick in.

Generationally it is a massive market decline for Nvidia in consumer GPUs compared to AMD. I used a 7800xt on 1440p. Was good tbh. My kid broke my 1440p monitor. I replaced it with a 1080p as it wasn’t ideal for competitive games. It’s a blast for 1080p. The 9060xt is something like 10-15% worse raster and 10-20% better ray tracing and cheaper. I’d suggest if you don’t want to buy a 5070ti, you then buy a 9060xt 16gb. For 1080p, it will smash it.
