I actually did a check on this, this was my old PC, however it was running a lighter game on the CPU, but still maxing GPU that does have the lag issue on the newer system still but no issues on the older system. I will have to check my software differences like web browser or potential settings, it may be possible that my old PC that is actually on chrome is using CPU encoding for the web browser without me knowing. Thanks for the input though, I'd have to keep looking on my new system on solutions

Are all motherboard VRMs the same?

The short answer is no.

VRM power stages generally come in three types: P-PAK (Discrete MOSFETs), DrMOS (Driver + MOSFETs), and SPS (Smart Power Stage).

P-PAK is usually found on entry-level boards, offering the lowest efficiency, weaker transients, and limited current support, though it is the cheapest.

DrMOS integrates components into a single package, greatly improving efficiency, transients, and current handling, but at a higher cost.

SPS adds calibrated current sensing on top of DrMOS, allowing better phase balancing, lower heat, and the highest current support with the lowest transients, but it is also the most expensive.

This is why two boards with the same “8-phase VRM” design can still differ greatly depending on component quality. I have Fan Control, Parsec, MC Server Soft(MC Server manager thingy) HWmonitor, Task Manager and Ryzen Master open, (I just opened ryzen master to set the speed to 3.8GHz and the voltage to 1.25V to try and cool it down a little and it did, but its still running at 60c
