Basically, I had long wanted to make a cpu using an ISA the other major players weren't using, all the way back since the late 7th gen. I almost went off the shelf with anything based on Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge, but after looong research into the r&d of the console space and the number of issues in need of tackling even today, I wanted to instead do a design that... I guess has yet to exist on any other ISA that isn't ARM or x86 based.

Does anybody know the real word wattage of a Core i7-3770T? I do NOT mean the TDP. I mean reported Wattage of programms like HWiNFO64 and such.

My 3470T has a TDP of 35W and goes only up to 18 Watts. I plan to upgrade to a 3770T, but this one has 10W more TDP. The Device only has 90W PSU and also needs to run a 24" Tocuhscreen from it
