I think navigation is the only notable feature that could actually justify it. You'd be able to keep your eyes on the road for a slightly higher percentage of time. TTS navigation is pretty good, but there's always edge cases that a proper visual would be preferable

your CPU spends a significant amount of time just doing nothing and waiting for data that is still in RAM even if taskmanager shows it is as 100% usage
a bigger cache can help reduce that waiting time. it helps a lot in most games but other stuff like 7zip where the data amount is just too big to fit in the cache a CPU with higher frequency could be faster than an x3d CPU
