Here is the thing, I, we, don't know what this software requires, or what chip you're looking at, what it costs, or if something more consumer friendly will give you the same experience (given its GPU accelerated) but game much faster. the processor is specifically a Xeon w9-3495x, The CFD software is RAM intensive, and despite GPU acceleration and me having a very good GPU (3070ti) and CPU (i7-12700KF) simulations still take 2-3 hours to properly run on ANSYS fluent, its a bit faster on Open FOAM but that's a different story, I have been limited to using VMs and cloud based CFD which is limited and expensive, i still do gaming sometimes on this computer and dont want the xeon to impact performance as i already know they are not ideal, Will it be a impact that is negligible or a large impact and are there any comparable alternatives that i could use for a CPU
