We know from proven testing they're not too loud, you just haven't properly configured your fan curve. Those fans probably don't need to go over 40% PWM duty on a consumer platform that just plays games and less intensive things.

And what they're probably doing is following a stock motherboard fan curve that has them hitting 80% at 65c or something stupid
