Only issue with egpu and linux is nvidia if you didn't buy an amd gpu

Nvidia egpus on linux do a egpu -> igpu -> egpu -> monitor if you don't use a script to configure it otherwise

And that gives you around 20% of the performance on windows vs 90-110% if you change it (vulkan is faster on linux)
