I had massive, MASSIVE amounts of HYPERVISOR_ERROR issues that plagued me, several crashes a day. I wound up disabling virtualization, and that fixed it. However now I'm using a virtual machine for work, and I'm having issues with my microphone freezing (it'll just carry the last thing I said on a call, I have to hang up and call again every time) so I have to turn it back on to see if that fixes it. I read that it may be the CPU that causes the hypervisor error, but I've also heard ram and mobo. How can I find which one is at fault? And if it's indeed the one causing the issue? If it's not that, then I'm at a complete loss. I reinstalled windows 11 five times, clean installs and the like. Everything. Replacing hardware would be my last resort. I've attached OCCT and Prime95 test results. What do you guys think?

a default windows install will not do that, dodgy 3rd party software/drivers or malfunctioning hardware will

I reinstalled windows 11 5 times, the past 3 were completely clean installs, with completely clean driver installs too, still happened. Just ran the ram and cpu through OCCT for an hour and nothing showed up as a problem. Even changed my graphics card, still happened.

The issue I'm having with work is that I'll be on a call and the last sound I make carries indefinitely until the person hangs up, but that's the only issue I'm having. I can still use the VM just fine. I can video call with good quality (well, as good as bullshit Teams can handle), I can record my voice without flaw, but it's specifically when I make a call to someone that after a minute or so it does that. Maybe it's a glitch with the software, I don't know.
