The problem is, if you mess with AMD BIOS you'll know, there are multiple things referring to things. Like PBO is in extreme tweaker and AMD Overclock/CBS or whatever. UEFI is just an environment for the firmware interface, there's no inherently easy way to bring that data into the Windows environment while running. You can get memory timing info (think ZenTimings) because that's actually pulled into Windows via SysInfo or something
