though in those cases, a reboot restored it. a firmware update solved it for good

Only problem is that there would only be about 3/4 inch between them and my gpu. Would push-pull with 4 fans probably be detrimental at that point? Haven't decided yet.

Hey tc2. Need some help. I bought a used XFX SWIFT 319 rx6800 without reading the description and it was for parts/not working. I looked into the issue described and it seems to be a driver/vBIOS issue. The error in question is error 43. I've been troubleshooting this last day to figure out why it won't display and I'm going insane. Here's what happens:

When the card is installed, none of the displays work. Windows DOES boot and seem to load fine, but displays just refuse to turn on.
I take the card out and turn it back on with my integrated GPU from my 5700g and the displays work fine. Ok cool. So from here I DDU'ed everything. Removed every display driver on my system. Hopefully windows will recognize the GPU and install the driver and updated vBIOS. Nothing. Still no display. Boots to Windows, but nothing else. I'm not entirely sure what I can do at this point. I've reset my CMOS too, to see if my OC could've been messing with it. I made sure it was out of its silent/mining vBIOS mode. I don't want this to go to waste and have to spend another 3-400 on another card. I'm open to anything
