my thought process is that it takes like $150 round trip to fly from miami to new york city and itll take about 3 hours, + 2 hours arriving early + 1 hour deboarding/leaving airport/waiting for uber/etc so about 6 hours total vs 20 hour drive + bathroom breaks + rest stops + possible traffic. if you get 60 miles per gallon youll spend $60 in gas to get there (1300 miles), if you get 40 miles per gallon youll spend $100 on gas, assuming $3/gallon and thats one-way
