I just used PTM for the first time on an old laptop. The difference is huge. Welp, sounds like they're sending you in an infinite loop. That Sapphire logo on Althon's website just goes to a page on sapphiretech.com that does not exist. I recommend asking Sapphire what they expect you to do. If they continue sending you for a loop, attempt to contact the retailer that sold you the card. If that doesn't work, replace the card with one from a brand whose customer service actually exists.

Hey guys im having alot of trouble with a 3080 I recently bought second hand
so pretty much I bought a evga ftw3 evga and a new psu (1000W gold msi) and it worked really well for like a week
