The 7700xt released a few years ago, atleast 2 years before a 9060xt. So hear me out. The 7700xt 12gb and 9060xt 16gb, essentially rhe same the rasterisation performance. The 9060xt has around 20% better RT performance. I’d consider the 7700xt low tier, so by performance, with RT really not being all that and a bag of potato chips, the 9060xt is low tier.
