I love having learning moments with my pc where I learn where a sound was coming from, but its actually fine

Pc had a very faint, high pitched whine that Im still pretty sure is coil whine, but when I reset MSI Afterburner it stops completely and my pc is practically silent

I wonder if the coil whine was a result of the msi afterburner settings, but I check the fans just in case, turns out my gpu's fans produce that noise

I dont know whether this is just the pwm being like that, the fans not being manufactured absolutely perfectly and this is an omnipresent issue, or hopefully not failing fans, but I feel better knowing what it is regardless
