Soldered RAM, prob 8GB to keep overall cost for customer low

BUT it runs single channel on channel A. There's also a SODIMM slot on channel B. Further, that slot only gets enabled (prob literally by gating power delivery) by a jumper you have to manually move. Jumper has 3 possible positions:

A only
B only
A and B

This way, if the soldered RAM dies, the board can easily be mode switched to just use the slotted RAM

Turn off any startup apps from task manager. Do a restart.

If it still idles at 10 or 11, then you have nothing to worry about. It's automatically managed. If it is causing issues when you try to open any software that's when you need to look into this.

Kind of makes sense, looking at it. Those top 3 apps are all using Electron to wrap a website essentially. So in reality, you have 3 instances of chromium open. Electron has terrible memory management but it's the standard for app development for these communication companies these days
