PC won’t power on at all (no fans, no LEDs).

What I tested before removing CPU:

• Initially had brief RGB flash on power, then completely dead
• Power button not working → tried jump starting via motherboard pins
• That worked once earlier, now doesn’t work at all
• Swapped PSU with a known working system:
  • My PSU works fine in friend’s PC
  • Friend’s PSU doesn’t power my PC
• Breadboard test (outside case) to rule out shorts
• Minimal setup: CPU + cooler, 1 RAM stick (correct slot), 24-pin + 8-pin CPU power connected
• CMOS reset done
• Still zero response (no fan spin, no LEDs, nothing)

At this point suspected motherboard failure.
