Because me personally have never had an issue accessing console games as I don't need to anymore, I even uninstalled Xbox game bar and the Xbox app from my pc. It was nice to have them as I could play with my friends who only had xboxs at the time, however. All games that I did play with them or wanted to were available on different launchers

And all the Xbox games I want to play, such as Forza horizon 6, its out on steam anyways so I've got no reason personally
