Get one side just barely a half spin and be sure its level (i use the cpu plate to be sure its fairly straight) be sure your above the slot and give it the half turn. Myte take a few tries and pop out one side when you do the other

So I mostly play cs2 and r6s, but focus on cs2. In a map standing still, around 400 fps, in real combat is stable 250, rarely under 220. After a clean install, I drop to map standing still 300, combat 220, sometimes 180 just running. The game always use p-cores, and ultimate powerplan so the p core is always at 3,5GHz at both times.
Yesterday, I tried reinstall windows, and do my usual routine of optimizing. Delete and tweaking. No changes meaning I did the exact same things but this time, I had worse fps than before
