I just built a new PC, specs are b650 aorus elite ax, AMD Ryzen 5 8500G, 1650 super, 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000, RM850e.

After I was done building it, I went to try to see if it would POST and I turned it all on, but the fans would spin, the RGB would turn on, but it wouldn’t POST. I got my mobo 2 years ago and my CPU 2 days ago, so I am thinking it’s a BIOs issue with the motherboard not being in the right BIOS and I tried to do the Q-Flash plus to update the BIOs, but I don’t know if I did that the correct way.

I also am wondering if the reason could be that my RAM says it is Intel RAM (didn’t notice until after building it all), but I researched and everywhere says it shouldn’t matter.

Is there any way that someone could help?

with older cases you really have to watch for air recycling

blower fans avoid this by sending the air straight out the back

it's perfectly fine or actually advisable to have that intake so that you can cool your northbridge and everything around it

then just have the gpu suck that air and throw it out the back
