running on two titan xp, combined 24G vram i couldn't use much context window so i needed some sort of context management, first tried continue and cline, without much success

later tried opencode, i think this is hardest of three to setup, but it's stable and also context compact works

i think it's not hyped because this model isn't easy to access but 35b-a3b is good, i think this is more of a shock than the deepseek shock
this can run kind of any 32G gpu and be usable speed

my favorite absurdity is how oversimplified doing AI agents is these days are if you choose the right framework. For example Quarkus LangChain4J integration is like the atached image. Yeah, you just define an interface, say it is an AI Service, define it's mesage (the command for the LLM) and that's it. Everything is automatically wired together by the framework

Should be fine to plug in SATA cables there. I'd be more worried about snapping off the extremely delicate USB3 header. Those things are prone to prying away from the motherboard or having the plug get stuck in the socket.
