Yeah I definitely think it is that. I didn't consider the GPU putting off heat too. On The Last of Us Part 1 is drawing ~350w on Ultra (with DLSS), making the GPU ~70c-80c, combine that with the CPU running intensively too on the game I guess that combined heats up the CPU more. Especially considering the CPU is obviously higher up and the AIO is on top exhausting heat. I guess I just didn't consider that because back before Intel Default Limits were released for the 13900K my CPU would actually thermal throttle on benchmarks like Cinebench, but ever since they toned down the power limits and what not it tends not to thermal throttle on CPU stresstests/benchmarks anymore with my cooler and room temperatures.

The built in ethernet keeps randomly stop working (nothing will see it and its like it dont exist) then it will randomly start working again. I recently replaced it with a pcie ethernet card.
