you'd need an amplifier rated for it and a way to only send a certain low frequency to it. Not really mean to integrate into an existing PC speaker setup. Certainly won't connect directly to a PC

That'll take an RCA input (which may require splitting from whatever you're using for speakers) so you can send the signal to the sub, then it has a knob which is effectively a frequency cut-off which will allow whatever frequency range you want to go to the sub.

The problem with looking at builds is pricing fluctuates all the time. PCPP does have them, and makes it quite easy to add all the parts to your own list but check and make sure each part is actually a good price before settling.
