But there's a lot of other interesting implications as far as tech goes. One specific thing that's interesting to me in particular is the fact that gold bullets would become popular. How often it would be used in the military is debatable, it would have uses but whether it would mostly replace lead is debatable. On one hand it being more dense is good for ballistics, on the other hand the fact that it's heavier is worse for carrying. I think it would have its place regardless of how common it would become. It would definitely take off in the civilian space. Would be interesting to shoot gold bullets. That's been done very rarely for obvious reasons.
