Why do you want to use Linux? It's great but a lot of stuff doesn't support it so you will need to consider getting stuff to work as a kind of hobby. And not everything will actually work. But yeah Windows has loads of problems as well, so it depends on your needs.

they define is as 2^10 = 1024

for kb and mb it's almost the same but with each step up (kb,mb,gb,tb,,pb...) the difference gets bigger because multiplication

I regret asking my mom to buy this for me for Christmas. It maybe 3 years old? It is in this condition do with how hot it got while in use. I don't remember were I put it's box but it was inside maybe a 1 inch thick cardboard board with plastic protecting it. She payed around 80 bucks usd for it. It's job is to remove pixels on the screen to make it more clear. It does it's job and works for everything.

From how hot it got it broke the rear hdmi port and it's power port. I couldn't show it broke with my finger with out plugging the power cable back in. The rear shell was attached to it until I was messing with it plugging my fire stick into it or it broke before that since it's last use of having images go through it was when i was watching yt on my switch a few days ago. I'm going to look for the box
