I don't think 320KHz really exists... or rather, those frequencies are way above the average hearing range of humans.

Even dogs can only hear up to around 60KHz if I recall correctly.

IEM vs On-Ear vs Over-Ear is largely subjective to the individual listener and where you listen. Some people can't stand anything going in their ear for 8 hours, sometimes even 30 minutes. Some people cannot take the pressure of On-Ear headphones, but Over-Ear are okay. Some people are always on the go, which means Bluetooth is far more convenient for them. Some never listen away from their desk, so wired is their preference.

Not many real recommendations I can make. Logitech G435 is a good budget headset though, will last a good while durability wise but the sound quality isn't perfect.

Moondrop space travel 2s use Bluetooth 6.0, not sure if that matters for latency at all but they do sound good.

As someone who daily drives the G435 at work, G733 at home, and has a family member who uses the G535, can confirm, but only if you get them on sale, or for almost free as I did with my G435 and the G535 for the family member. 😉 What @clear canyon said is true though: if you have the money and space (and don't mind the "extra" configuration), a separate quality microphone and set of headphones will deliver better quality.

Keyboards are a very... big rabbit hole. 🤣 The "best" keyboard for you is the one you fall in love with when you try typing on it in person, assuming it also has the features you need / want to use on the daily.
