Hello! im new here, for the last few months i've been troubleshooting about how my PC kept crashing under 0 (Zero) load like browsing web. i've tried evertyhing that i could find on the internet to resolve this issue, long story short i've been suspecting my GPU was the problem and i might have a lead. i have a spare GPU ( RX 6600 ) to test, when i found is that my PC never crashed when the RX 6600 kept its power idle on 20 W (stats on Adrenaline) more or less. i started my experiment on my RX 9060 XT and turn out it crashes my PC when it starts to idle and the total board power of the GPU ranging from 10 - 20 W Spiking up and down. i've taken some step to turn off my power saving feature on windows 11 like setting PCI express : link power management to off and using best performance on windows power. Is there anything more i can do to make my GPU stays on 20 W ?

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump (Sometimes Minidumps for some reason) and check if you have any minidump files. If you do, go back to the Windows folder and copy the Minidump folder itself to the Downloads folder (You can use the desktop if you don't have OneDrive syncing files). Zip the copied folder and attach it to a post. Windows hates you messing around in C:\Windows so please follow the instructions to the letter.
