I use ICC color profiles for my outdated monitors on Windows. However I noticed after waking my computer up from sleep it doesn't seem to have them applied. the game is likely working in a very different way then. its not because "cpu bottleneck" but rather just what the game is doing
"ReBAR" allows games to map lots of GPU VRAM to be CPU accessible
without rebar, games (or drivers) would have to use multiple buffers to stage an upload. Commonly this would be either on-CPU memory that the GPU reads from, or a small chunk of GPU memory that the CPU writes to, and then the GPU moves it elsewhere.
ReBAR allows the CPU (and therefore the game) to write directly to the final memory destination. In theory this is faster, but if the game does stupid things, it'll win stupid prizes.

I be taking out a big chunk of the case and probably not using the front dust cover. Case max length is 310mm while the gpu is 338mm. One thing I could do is just run a long power and pcie cable to the gpu and hand it outside of the case
