I think that's a video showing folders with names that make sense followed by a bunch of files with seemingly random file names of unknown contents. Without access to the drive (or a copy of the drive as a disk image) who knows what those are or if anything is recoverable.

If you need data recovered and something like Recuva or TestDisk can't recover it, I recommend contacting a professional data recovery service.
