Due to them being invisible, banning them from your servers isn't possible without their ID's, which I've typed out for easy access.

@pure trellis the reason the m1 max has that wide of a bus is because of its unified memory, the gpu doesnt have dedicated vram, so apple uses unified memory in order for the cpu and gpu to dynamically allocate memory as they need it

That's the thing though. They have a good enough node to do it themselves now, and yet they decided to play safe. Thing is not everyone's going to buy the higher end chips with that specific igpu as much, so it would've made more sense to do a shuttle run with the 12 core and instead let TSMC do the 4 core tile at cost.
