it all depends on the price. Right now a 64GB kit is like 500 euros new (495 euros to be exact). Few months ago i bought a pair of similar modules for sub-200 euros total. No one is going to buy a used kit for the current new prices, not even for like 300 euros. Also the market for DDR4 SODIMM is rather small - many modern laptops have soldered RAM and new ones use DDR5, and not many need 64GB RAM in laptop. (i bought a pair for my 2018 Mac Mini)
